Isaiah Thomas taking frustrations out on Celtics only way he can
There’s probably a lot of things that Isaiah Thomas wants to do to the Celtics, the team that ripped his heart out and traded him to Cleveland, right now.
And while Thomas will have to wait until the start of the season to show the Celtics how wrong they were about moving on from him for the younger, taller Kyrie Irving, with video games, it can be NBA season whenever you wish, and Thomas can get his revenge whenever he damn well pleases.Â
And according to his recent Xbox Live activity, the 28-year-old Thomas was doing just that, whooping the Celtics with the Cavaliers last night.Â

You can’t fault I.T. for feeling victimized by the Celtics this summer, especially with the way he was seemingly pumped-and-dumped right before his payday, and this is just the start of what should be an ultra-petty year of anti-Celtic activities from Thomas.
Ultimately, I know the dude is just playing a video game (and for what it’s worth, this is most definitely Thomas’ handle), but there’s no way this isn’t done with the hopes that somebody sees it, even if it’s just him getting a look at what he looks like Cleveland colors, and how he could potentially mesh with LeBron James.Â
But Thomas’ real first game as a Cavalier (if the trade goes through) won’t come until Oct. 17.
Against, yes, you guessed it, the Celtics.
