Is Terry Rozier’s vague Snapchat a sign that he’s been traded?
It’s no secret that NBA players basically live for being dramatic on the social media.
Isaiah Thomas can set the world ablaze with one emoji. Jae Crowder quite literally loves hate-mail thrown his way, and now Terry Rozier’s being weird on Snapchat.
With the Celtics in dire need of some cap flexibility after signing All-Star small forward Gordon Hayward to a four-year, $128 million max contract on Tuesday, players like Crowder and Rozier have seen their names pop up on the trade block, with Crowder rumored to be moving to Utah in a potential sign-and-trade for Hayward, while the 23-year-old Rozier could be traded or waived.
Word of that may have officially hit Rozier, too, who took to Snapchat with this.

The 6-foot-1 Rozier averaged 5.5 points and 3.1 rebounds per night for the C’s this past season before averaging 5.6 points and shooting 40.2 percent from the field in 17 playoff tilts this past spring. A sparkplug guard that can be dangerous when in a groove, especially on a guard-heavy bench like the one that terrorized the Wizards in the second round, Rozier’s iffy status in Boston (besides the obvious cap needs) is thanks to the tough position of standing behind Thomas and Marcus Smart on the C’s depth chart.
Drafted with the 16th overall pick in 2015, Rozier has spent all 113 games of his NBA career with the Celtics.
